Manufacturing Engineer Andover, Hampshire Permanent | £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00 | Friday: 08:30 - 15:30 Are you ready to elevate your engineering career in a dynamic and high-tech manufacturing environment? The Role As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be at the heart of the production process, supporting engineering projects and delivering continuous improvement initiatives. You'll collaborate with senior engineers, mentor junior team members, and play a critical role in ensuring product quality, performance, and on-time delivery across the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Support and coordinate engineering activities for manufacturing projects. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste. Validate and verify processes using SOPs, capability studies, and data analysis. Train production staff and junior engineers on procedures and equipment. Assist with new product introduction, customer support, and process documentation. Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to equipment maintenance strategies. What We're Looking For HNC/HND (minimum) in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline. Ideally, a BEng/MEng in electronics, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering. Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
