Responsibilities: Perform accurate cost calculations, estimations, and budgets for construction projects. Analyse project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost-saving measures and value engineering opportunities. Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, and suppliers to gather necessary information for accurate cost analysis and pricing. Prepare and evaluate tender packages, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
