Software Engineer

Join a mission-critical software team developing and enhancing real-time systems using C++ and C#. Working across multiple subsystems, you’ll contribute to robust, high-impact software solutions that support complex platforms in operational environments. This is a full-lifecycle role, from requirements through to integration and ongoing support. Responsibilities: Design and implement software features using C++ and C#, tailored to evolving operational demands. Work as part of a collaborative Agile team, delivering continuous improvements and enhancements. Assist in the integration, validation, and rollout of software across diverse platforms and environments. Analyse existing system behaviour to enhance reliability, efficiency, and capability. Engage across the entire development lifecycle, from early-stage planning to long-term support. Skills & Experience: Technical Degree/equivalent qualification or experience. Practical experience coding in both C++ and C#. Demonstrated expertise in software development and system-level integration. Familiarity with Agile practices. Solid understanding of the end-to-end software engineering process.
