What You’ll Be Doing: * Identifying & securing high-value security contracts * Managing the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal close * Building long-term client relationships across key sectors * Leading proposal & tender submissions * Collaborating with ops, bids & marketing to ensure seamless delivery * Reporting on performance using CRM tools What We’re Looking For: * B2B sales experience in security guarding sales * Strong communicator with a sharp commercial edge * Confident in closing deals & negotiating at all levels * Self-starter with a ‘hunter’ mindset * Full UK driving licence ✨ What’s in it for You: * Basic salary up to £65K * Car Allowance * Bonus – realistic £85K OTE * Career progression in a respected brand * Pension 25 days holiday
