The Role: We are seeking an experienced Design or Technical Coordinator to join this dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the technical delivery of this flagship project. Working closely with the Technical Manager, you will help oversee the coordination and integration of design and technical information, ensuring that every detail aligns with the client’s exacting standards. Key Responsibilities: ·Coordinate architectural, structural, and M&E design information from concept through to construction. ·Work with consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues. ·Ensure compliance with planning, building regulations, and other statutory requirements. ·Review and manage the flow of drawings, specifications, and technical documents. ·Support the Technical Manager in achieving project milestones and maintaining design quality. ·Contribute to value engineering and buildability reviews. ·Attend design team meetings, site meetings, and liaise with site and commercial teams as required. Requirements: ·Proven experience as a Design or Technical Coordinator within residential construction. ·Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, planning policy, and technical detailing. ·Experience working on high-spec or heritage projects is highly desirable. ·Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. ·Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. ·Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software is an advantage.
