Quantity Surveyor (Maintenance) £55k to £65k per annum package East London Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to work within their maintenance division with a strong focus on refurbishment and maintenance projects. The successful candidate will be responsible to commence and complete jobs to final account. Key Areas of Work: Social Housing projects Mechanical & Electrical Roofing & Scaffolding Brickwork Plastering & Dry Lining Windows Painting Plumbing Concrete repairs Flooring Lifts Qualifications and experience: Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field Proven experience in quantity surveying, with a strong focus on maintenance projects Excellent problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in construction software If you think this role could be for you, then call 07702 696233 for more information or attach your CV.
