Admin Manager (Internal Sales) and Financial Accounting Assistant

What Youll Be Doing: Keeping the internal sales engine running smoothly managing orders, queries, and reporting Leading a team of 4 - 5 internal sales and admin staff Making sure price lists, stock returns, and customer communication are on point Helping with financial admin, from record keeping to insurance and vehicle claims Supporting the finance team with reporting, credit control, and project admin Jumping in where needed its a team effort! What Were Looking For: A qualification in admin, finance, or similar or working towards one 35 years of solid admin experience (bonus if its in production or distribution) Youve led a small team and enjoy keeping people motivated and on task Youre great with Excel pivot tables and reports dont scare you Experience with SAP Business One would be a big plus
