Chief Financial Operator - CFO

A rapidly expanding company on the scenic Garden Route seeks a qualified and experienced CFO to join its executive board. This strategic leadership role will be instrumental in guiding the company's financial direction, vision, and strategy and will play a key part in the company's continued success. This role encompasses risk mitigation, comprehensive financial planning, and driving improvements in operational efficiency. The CFO will also play a leading role in engagement with investors and funders, including capital acquisition, onboarding, and due diligence. Responsibility extends to all financial reporting, audit preparations, the formulation and implementation of long-term financial strategy, and the development of the finance team. Requirements: CA(SA) or equivalent financial qualification 8 years' experience in senior financial leadership Strong grasp of financial risk management, governance, and investor reporting Willing and able to relocate to the Garden Route District
