AutoCAD 2D Draughtsman

Location: Blouberg, Cape Town (Hybrid after probation) Salary: Based on experience Join our team as an AutoCAD 2D Draughtsman, responsible for creating and updating detailed CAD drawings for workspace planning. Youll collaborate with project managers and data teams to deliver high-quality plans aligned with client and company standards. Key Responsibilities: Produce accurate 2D floor plans in AutoCAD Update drawings based on mark-ups or space changes Interpret architectural specs to meet standard formats Work with CAFM/space planning systems Follow internal and client CAD protocols Ensure quality control and proper file documentation Requirements: 2 years experience in AutoCAD 2D (preferably in architecture, FM, or space planning) Strong accuracy and attention to detail Ability to interpret floor plans and manage multiple deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration Drafting/design diploma or similar (preferred) Advantageous: Experience with international/corporate clients Familiarity with CAFM/IWMS platforms Knowledge of space planning and workplace strategy What We Offer: International project exposure Hybrid work model after probation Career growth in a niche industry Friendly, supportive team culture Office near the beach in Blouberg Weekends off for work-life balance
