Sales Representative or Business Developer ( Interior Design or Fit Out)

Key Responsiblties Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including architectural firms, interior design studios, and retail brand managers. Act as a strategic consultant, understanding the client's space, brand and design intent to offer the most suitable solutions. Identify and generate new business opportunities within the workplace, commercial office, and retail environment sectors. Collaborate with internal design and production teams to deliver high-impact spatial design solutions. Drive specifications through to project completion, managing the client journey from brief to delivery. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to build a brand presence and expand your professional network. K ey Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in interior design, shopfitting, fit-outs, or workplace/retail environment solutions. Proven experience in engaging and selling to architects, interior designers, retail marketing managers, and corporate decision-makers. Ability to interpret plans, layouts, and design briefs and contribute meaningfully to spatial planning discussions. Strong understanding of project timelines, fitment processes, and the commercial interiors landscape. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with long lead sales cycles. Ideal Candidate: Has worked with or sold to top-tier architectural or design firms. Comes from a design-driven background (e.g., office environments tailored to interior designers, commercial interiors, or spatial environments). Can speak the language of design and understand how to integrate into a client's brand and physical space.
