Responsibilities: Assist with product proposition development and portfolio management, enhancing offerings to meet customer needs, contextual engagement, operational efficiency, and achieving profitable growth through effective use of data and technology. Have a good appreciation and understanding of risk management and full compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies. Leverage DDOM to drive product innovation and strategic development, implementing and delivering experiments/campaigns that strive to meet all financial performance metrics on the portfolio and key outcomes on the value map. Be customer obsessed, collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities to develop and drive operational efficiency, and create amazing employee and customer journeys to meet our priorities of Joyful Customers and Fulfilled Employees. Ensure effective work processes, procedures, and controls infrastructure are in place to support business growth, including related system updates and project delivery on ongoing and new projects. Establish and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient product campaign fulfilment within the team, ensuring timely and seamless fulfilment for customers. Prepare and present management reports, conduct competitive monitoring, and manage initiatives for stakeholder oversight through regular MIS updates and administrative duties. Adopt an agile mindset to address ad-hoc tasks that may arise. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field. Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or client relationship management roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand technical requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with internal and external partners. Experience leading teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
