Overview of the position: Responsible to improve dealer performance based on KMX guidelines to achieve Fixed operating targets and dealer profitability, implementing strategies, objectives, resources, and processes. Typical tasks: Monitoring and analysis of indicators defined by KMX. Responsible for defining and deploying processes and standards for the dealer network. Reception and handling of complaints and suggestions from customers. Implementation of projects to improve the service provided at the dealers. Qualifications: Engineering’s, Administrative bachelor’s degree or similar | Desirable MBA Areas of experience: After-Sales, Service Operation, Automotive retail Advanced Excel Years of experience: 5 Fluent English
