Recruitment Coordinator

Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator / HR Analyst Location: Remote Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Coordinator with experience in mass after recruitment processes. This role will involve onboarding, interview scheduling, background process, admin of sourcers, supporting the clients needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage onboardings for manufacturing and engineering positions Process background checks of the new hires to complete their onboarding. Revision of documentation and hire in the system. Support other HR Activities as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Recruiter Coordinator, HR Analyst or other related activities for 2 years. Conversational English is a must. Demonstrated ability keep track of diverse activities at the same time. System savy to use our VMS and ATS, keeping the activities complete on a timely manner and in having accurate records. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage activities simultaneously. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
