Recruiter

Job Title: Recruiter for Manufacturing, food industry or plants. Location: Remote Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter with experience in recruiting manufacturing, food industry or plants. Recruiting in the US is a plus but not mandatory. This role will involve identifying candidates, building relationships with them, and help clients find the right talent to support their needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage sourcing for manufacturing and engineering positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to submitting top candidates daily and following up with them. Build and maintain strong relationships with them. Identify and proactively recruit through a variety of channels, including job boards, active and passive sourcing, and referrals. Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Recruiter for 2 years, within staffing companies, manufacturing plants or food industry. Conversational English is a must. Demonstrated ability to source, engage, and place talent for manufacturing and engineering roles. Excellent interpersonal and engaging communication skills, with the ability to build rapport. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
