Mission: Define and deploy standards across processes, procedures, routines, systems and KPIs to ensure optimum performance and proactive management of the company´s Production Planning Processes in line with the Company´s Supply Chain Vision Responsibilities: Establish the necessary guidelines for Program Team operation. Create the program budget and manage it to guarantee its accomplishment. Automotive Overhead Systems Programs for Antolin, and assurance of compliance with established targets related to Quality, Costs, Timing, Profitability and Regulatory requirements Assures identification of current and future customer and internal program requirements throughout the organization with respect to: Program Timing, Quality, Content, Manufacturing requirements, Cost, Program contracts, Program resource allocation and Profitability Facilitates executive-level interaction with Customer, Plant and Internal Management What we are looking for: A degree in Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions in industrial sector. Minimum of 10 years in automotive manufacturing/engineering environment with prior project team management responsibility. Ability to communicate effectively with various departments. Ability to identify strategic opportunities and develop initiatives that generate a positive impact on the business.
