1) Well versed with process and Fixture, tools and Gauges Planning 2) Vehicle assembly process knowledge. 3) Expertise in usage of Softwares like Catia, 3D Experiance, team centre, Auto cad etc. 4) Skilled and able to do process Documentation - RFQs, Process Sheet development and modification 5) Exposure to DCP documents like PFMEA, Control Plans etc 6) Knowledge on trends on New technology. 7) Knowledge of selection of torque tools for assembly line. 8) Has knowledge on logistics i.e. line side storage & packaging standards 9) Good exposure in Installation and commissioning of EFTGs 10) Good knowledge on problem solving. 11) Station layout preparation. 12 Stage by Stage process planning 13) Benchmarking tools & Techniques 14) Special Knowledge on - Power Tools | Transportation System | Small Tools like - small power tools, Pneumatic Tools, Fixures, racks dollys, Lifting equipments, etc
