Job Description

CommScope is recruiting a Facility Administrator, NAR & CALA to join our growing team! Candidate will be based out of Apodaca, Mexico; Sao Paulo, Brazil or Bogota, Colombia. As a Facility Administration Manager you can make a difference be enhancing the team capabilities in these areas Effective Facility Operations Management: Seamless Coordination: Ensure smooth and efficient Facility Administration needs of the Core Facility team at multiple facilities in the NAR & CALA region. Regularly coordinate with Facility Coordinators (FCs) and Facility Managers (FMs) to support them in their administrative related tasks. Timely Reporting: Collect & consolidate comprehensive weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports from each of the Facility Co-Ordinator & Facility Manager that summarize key maintenance activities, operational highlights, and generate executive summary Vendor and Procurement Management: Vendor Relations: Co-ordinate between core facility team & corporate procurement team for sourcing right vendor for right supplies & Services. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring that services and supplies meet the required standards. Handle vendor registration, procurement, and contract management effectively. Procurement Efficiency: Coordinate with the procurement team to facilitate timely procurement of goods and services, including raising purchase orders (Os), reviewing indents, and ensuring invoices are accurately processed. Track : Religiously track each PO & its related invoices at regular intervals. Financial Management and Budgeting: Budget Oversight: Collaborate with FCs, FMs, and the Director of Facility Operations to develop, track, & report for any variances / observations to the Global Facility Director. Spend Analysis: Analyze monthly spend reports, identify trends, and provide insights to the Director of Facility Operations to support strategic decision-making. Accurate Financial Reporting: Work with site Facility team, corporate finance & site finance teams for monthly accruals Documentation and Compliance: Maintain Comprehensive Records: Oversee and update facility operations manuals, leases, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and other important documentation. Ensure all records are up-to-date and accessible as needed. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all facility operations adhere to local regulations and company policies, particularly concerning safety, legal compliance, and environmental standards. How You’ll Help us Connect the World Project Management and Capital Project Support: Capital Project Oversight: Support the Director of Facility Operations in managing capital projects, including raising requests, tracking project progress, and ensuring proper capitalization upon completion. Project Documentation: Maintain and update project trackers, ensuring all relevant details are recorded and reported accurately. Cross-functional Collaboration: Regional and Global Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, fixed assets, and corporate headquarters, to align facility operations with broader company objectives. Asset Management: Support the Director in tracking and managing fixed assets across APAC sites, ensuring accuracy during audits and asset disposals. Required Qualifications for Consideration Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field. 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably within large, multi-site operations across diverse regions Proficient in English language (written and spoken) You'll Excite Us if you have Master’s Degree
