HR Planning & Organization Manager

Position: HR Manager Location: Latina, Italy Bouygues is a diversified services group operating in over 80 countries with approximately 200,000 employees. To strengthen the HR team based in Milan, Bouygues E&S Italia S.p.A. is seeking a HR Manager with a focus on human resources management within the organization. The role will specifically involve resource planning, business process optimization, and organizational design. Responsibilities include managing systems for monitoring and evaluating company-wide performance, supervising the development and implementation of employee skills, analyzing personnel data and monitoring key KPIs, participating in the identification, assessment, development planning, and succession review for key positions, and updating HR departmental procedures. Requirements include university education and proven experience in similar roles within multinational environments, strong analytical skills, good knowledge of HR data analysis tools, and understanding of applicable legal and fiscal regulations.
