Senior Manager Product Marketing Industrial and IoT (m/f/d) - Qualcomm Italy Qualcomm Manager / Team Leader Company: Qualcomm Europe, Inc. Italy Branch Office Job Area: Sales, Business Development & Marketing Group > Product Marketing General Summary: Supports business and product market needs, translating those into resource allocation and deliverables to meet company goals. Responsible for planning and integration in branding, product marketing campaigns, events, public relations, and digital marketing. Collaborates with the Product Marketing team to align with the company vision, applying market research and best practices to develop competitive strategies. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field. Master's Degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field. 4 years of Product Marketing or related experience. 2 years leading strategic or organizational initiatives. Competence Areas Embedded computing, IoT, AI, Cellular Connectivity, Wireless Technologies, Semiconductors. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Manage products, projects, and programs using Product Marketing principles. Develop strategies and positioning for Qualcomm products. Conduct competitive analysis. Create marketing plans with minimal supervision. Manage relationships with stakeholders and customers. Lead cross-functional planning and strategy. Stay informed on industry and competitive landscape through education and networking. Level of Responsibility: Operate under supervision, guiding team members. Make decisions affecting broader work areas. Communicate complex information effectively. Influence organizational decisions. Perform multi-step tasks following documented procedures. Multiple locations possible. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree 6 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree 8 years OR High school diploma 10 years *Advanced degrees may substitute for work experience (Master’s = 1 year, Doctorate = 2 years).
