The role: As a Process Engineer reporting directly to the Manager, your main goal will be to improve processes and production performance, with a comprehensive view on coordinating departments for potential future leadership roles within the production function. You will also have the opportunity to support the Manager in operational and managerial activities, gaining valuable hands-on experience. Your responsibilities: Assist the Production Manager in field operations, supporting both improvement and operational activities Analyze and redesign operational and managerial flows related to the Supply Chain Monitor and direct plant performance, evaluating speed, availability, and efficiency (OEE) Conduct analysis and problem-solving on production systems and technical issues (mechanical, electrical, electronic) Support the Maintenance team in technical activities and improvement projects Manage specific projects within the production scope as a Project Manager Ideal candidate: Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronics) – recent graduate or with brief experience Basic project management skills and strong problem-solving abilities Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, SMED, and 5S principles (preferable) Excellent proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel Professional-level English language skills Collaborative, pragmatic, and capable of working in a team with a hands-on approach to technical-production issues What we offer: Permanent contract Meal vouchers worth €6 per day and an annual production bonus of €1,500 Opportunities for growth into roles with greater responsibilities within the production function Stimulating work environment and ongoing on-the-job training All job postings are aimed at both men and women (L.903/77).
