Responsibilities We seek a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team at a leading Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) manufacturer. The role involves driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored energy storage solutions. A strong understanding of BESS technology, market trends, and customer needs, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills, is essential. Main accountabilities include: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and meet sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships, understand client needs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Technical and Market Expertise: Stay updated on BESS technology and market trends, work with technical teams, and deliver product presentations. Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and collaborate with internal teams. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams, and provide market feedback. Reporting and Analysis: Track performance, analyze market data, and maintain CRM records. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or related fields. 3–5 years of sales experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems sectors. Strong understanding of BESS technology. Proven sales cycle management and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office. Skills Technical knowledge of energy storage applications. Experience in renewable energy project financing or sales. Knowledge of energy policies, standards, and regulations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to build trust with clients and partners. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Others Willingness to travel.
