Your Role We are looking for a proactive, creative, and curious Process Engineer with Manufacturing Time & Method competencies to join the Process Engineering staff at our HQ in Cesena, Italy. The person will work with a cross-functional team on international projects to develop and improve production plants, introduce new manufacturing technologies and processes, and collaborate with R&D on new products. The role involves working in a dynamic environment with multiple platforms, architectures, and technologies, and coordinating internal or external resources. Innovation and passion in lean production are essential to stay at the cutting edge. This is an international role requiring willingness to travel and stay abroad for short periods. Your Impact Define and implement optimal manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, and cost efficiency. Design factory and assembly line layouts. Define internal logistics flows. Introduce machinery and automated systems. Establish production Standard Time. Manage phase-in of new products or insourcing processes. Plan activities and monitor progress. About You You are passionate about fitness, enthusiastic, proactive, down-to-earth, and ethical. Ideal qualifications include: A technical diploma or degree in mechanical or management engineering. Experience in assembly processes. Knowledge of carpentry and painting technologies is a plus. Understanding of Lean fundamentals (Value stream mapping, SMED, DMAIC, 6σ, lean activities). Experience in defining production standard times. Proficiency in Office applications, especially Excel. Knowledge of Autocad / CAD. Leadership skills and team-oriented mindset.
