About the team: The Alipay solution architect team is responsible for promoting and realizing Alipay solutions by onboarding financial institutions and mobile payment providers across Southeast Asia. Our responsibilities include: Conducting technical workshops with banks and mobile payment partners, understanding partners' current architecture, and producing Alipay integration solutions. Driving Alipay end-to-end implementation and integration with both bank/mobile payment partners and internal cross-functional teams. Deepening technical collaboration with bank/mobile payment partners and providing best practices and technical recommendations to improve Alipay user experiences. What we’re looking for: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of working experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on software development for web or Internet-based systems. Strong fundamentals and hands-on experience with API integration, databases, web security, application design, and troubleshooting. Effective communication skills with internal and external customers, capable of translating business requirements into technical specifications. Ability to assess current product and technology gaps and propose optimal technical solutions. Good communication skills in English (oral and written). Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences in a global context. Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin is mandatory. Experience managing external vendors is a plus. Enthusiasm for using various technical solutions to meet business needs. Familiarity with Fintech technology, a solid understanding of the payments industry, and experience in large-scale payment/e-commerce domains is advantageous.
