Fleet Operations Specialist

The selected resource will be responsible for managing operational planning, coordination, and control of services including: Ristorazione (Catering) Economato (Supplies management) Control of the company vehicle fleet All activities must comply with contractual conditions and company procedures. The role also involves ensuring compliance with signed contracts, monitoring KPIs and performance, overseeing the progress of management flows according to environmental and safety standards, and managing related penalties. The company considers candidates with a diploma or degree in scientific STEM subjects. Technical diploma or degree in Economics, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent Required experience: 4-5 years in similar roles, with excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced Excel. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, a focus on quality results, resilience, problem-solving skills, proactivity, innovation, creativity, teamwork spirit, ambition, and accountability.
