The team manages digital payment solutions including ecommerce acceptance, orchestration, omni-channel reconciliation, and financial balancing. This role involves managing opportunities to scale and improve digital payment solutions, requiring business analysis, functional analysis, and PMO skills. You will interact with stakeholders internally and externally to support new projects and features. You will collaborate with other Fabrick teams across the EU, including Product Owners, Managers, Delivery Managers, Tech Analysts, and Commercial teams, with a scope covering digital payments across the EU. Main Scope: Secure Payments Ensure certification of 3DS services according to card schemes Manage implementation and updates of 3DS rules and protocols Maintain PCI compliance in collaboration with security teams Develop integrated risk and fraud services with external providers like Riskified Analyze and define requirements for secure payments projects Validate functional analysis with tech teams Activities Manage functional analysis and requirement documentation Prepare and document analysis activities, including gap and impact analysis Supervise test planning, case definition, and user acceptance testing Analyze and propose enhancements to payment processes and applications Assist with ad-hoc data requests for stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business-related field 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Finance or Payments Experience with Digital Payments projects in the Large Corporate market is a plus Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written) Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn Effective communication skills at all organizational levels Problem-solving skills and solution development ability Interest and passion for the Payment Industry, including new payment methods and large corporate needs J-18808-Ljbffr
