The candidate will be part of the Program NEXT team. The Technical Analyst is responsible for: Knowledge of business processes and IT infrastructure to support Projects and Operations. Knowledge of applications in scope of the service, adjusting or reconfiguring applications and processes. Overseeing the entire applications development process. Analyzing customer or user needs, designing programs, instructing computer programmers, testing designs, and documenting programs. Main tasks: Building, designing, examining, and implementing structured IT systems. Meeting with and building relationships with stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements. Gathering feedback from end users to improve systems effectively. Communicating with Developers and IT Managers to build and implement technology solutions. Translating business requirements into technical solutions by working directly with business users, assessing current processes and systems, and proposing solutions to simplify and accelerate workflows. Planning, monitoring, organizing, and overseeing IT projects. Running tests or investigations on system or application issues and providing timely solutions. Ensuring compliance with internal policies. Staying informed about latest technology trends and demonstrating experience in understanding and implementing technological capabilities. Analyzing current data usage and business processes, proposing improvements to enhance user experience with data. Collaborating with leaders, architects, and implementation leads to ensure solutions align with design guidelines and standards across countries. Hard Skills: Knowledge of IFRS principles (IFRS17 and IFRS9) and background in Actuarial Non-Life. Knowledge of Software Lifecycle, Lean Project Management, Agile, Waterfall, and ITIL. Proficiency in SQL, programming languages, and relational databases. Professional level English; knowledge of Italian, German, or French is an advantage. Soft Skills: Teamwork attitude. Ability to autonomously manage relationships with stakeholders. Problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
