Job Opportunity: Store Manager Adecco Italia is seeking a Store Manager for the Savignano sul Rubicone (FC) area. Responsibilities include: Managing the staff; Planning and supervising daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning from cash registers to product placement; Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and addressing customer needs; Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies for improvement; Managing inventory to ensure product availability and proper display; Planning and executing promotional activities to increase sales and attract new customers. Requirements: Previous experience in the GDO sector and in store management roles; Ability to manage and motivate staff; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills; Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays; Proficiency in computer tools and store management software; Own vehicle is required.
