This is a self-employed, commission-only role. You will receive a minimum day rate of €355 for referral work, with larger projects paying higher rates. Key responsibilities include: Source your own clients and refer them through our network. Our office team manages client contracts and billing. Act as a consultant for client projects. Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing instructions. Create an independent client referral pipeline. Promote our consulting services within your network and encourage cross-referrals. Receive a share of our daily billing, starting with a minimum of €355 per referral work. Requirements to be considered: Consulting experience in one of our practice areas. Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations. Problem-solving skills. Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
