CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

For an important automotive industrial group based near Modena, we are searching: Chief Operations Officer (C.O.O) reporting to Group CEO REQUIREMENTS Bachelor or Master Degree in manufacturing or operations-based subject Excellent knowledge of Automotive Products, Engineering & Manufacturing Considerable operations experience and an exceptional understanding of manufacturing Experience in a similar company; high volume, digital & automated environment is highly desirable Successful international experience as Operations Director coordinating several sites (from 200 to 500 employees) with a global presence Strong leadership and proven successful track record in change management and team development Strong understanding and ability to deal with P&L Creative problem solver & decision maker Proven experience in leading a successful team Excellent teamwork, management, communication, and influencing skills Focused on quality and product innovation improvement Contributing to identifying growth opportunities within the product range Fluency in Italian and English (written & spoken) DUTIES Directing the performance of the full operations function including manufacturing engineering, production, supply chain (logistics, warehouse, dispatch, returns), and quality assurance Delivering quality manufacturing, service, and innovation to both the company and customers, ensuring the operations function as a trusted third-party partner Creating operational strategies aligned with the wider group strategy and aiming to increase profitability through the implementation of multiple, critical change programs Implementing the strategic operational direction The Ideal Candidate Contributes to identifying growth opportunities within the product range Capable of performing specific analysis and developing concrete plans Creative problem solver & decision maker Suitable for teamwork, management, and communication with excellent influencing skills; results-driven J-18808-Ljbffr
