Position Inserted in the HR team and reporting directly to the Global HR Manager, the HR Business Partner & People Development will be the point of reference for activities supporting the company's corporate functions, building effective partnerships with area managers and contributing to the dissemination of a corporate culture centred on the enhancement of talent and continuous learning. Responsibilities Management of the entire selection process for the reference areas Planning and coordination of training and professional development initiatives Support for growth processes, development and mapping of skills Development and implementation of talent acquisition, employer branding and engagement strategies Requirements Bachelor's degree in humanities, economics or law At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably gained in structured or industrial contexts Solid knowledge of selection techniques, digital tools and training methodologies Strong interpersonal skills, results orientation and teamwork orientation Excellent knowledge of English What we offer International environment Growth opportunities Hiring proposal and position will be evaluated on the basis of experience in the role J-18808-Ljbffr
