Production Development Specialist

Social network you want to login/join with: For our Business Unit High Voltage based in Lodi, we are looking for a Production Development Specialist. This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient and economical mass production of goods. Your responsibilities: Design arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure the most efficient and productive layout; Design the sequence of production operations, specify procedures for fabricating tools and equipment, and adapt machinery based on factory conditions; Conduct tests throughout all production stages to control variables and troubleshoot problems; Provide guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications to optimize equipment and manufacturing techniques; Ensure production processes and procedures comply with regulations; Implement, analyze, and develop methods and technology for the next step of smart manufacturing; Collaborate closely with production management to develop and maintain world-class production lines; Drive the implementation of smart technology, leading digitalization and automation efforts in manufacturing. Your background: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; More than 1 year of experience; Proficiency in Italian and English (B2-C1); Knowledge of 3D modelling tools is a plus; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
