We are expanding our team and looking for a Product Assurance Engineer who’s ready to make an impact on exciting, high-stakes projects. The role: As a Product Assurance Engineer , you’ll lead the PA activities across complex opto-mechanical space, lasercom, and defense programs. You’ll be the key quality link between Customers, Suppliers, and our in-house teams, ensuring reliability, compliance, and excellence at every stage. You'll work closely with Program Managers, engineers, and suppliers to deliver systems that push the limits of what’s possible. Your mission: Develop and drive Product Assurance (PA) plans across projects. Manage critical items, MIPs/KIPs, NCRs, RFDs/RFWs, and ESA alerts. Lead PA audits, reviews, and inspections. Oversee contamination control, cleanliness standards, and quality records. Contribute to FMECAs and qualification/acceptance campaigns. Chair NRBs, TRRs, TRBs, and participate in PDRs/CDRs. Capture lessons learned and promote best practices across projects. Requirements: Degree in a technical field (Engineering, Physics, or similar). 3–5 years’ experience in Product Assurance or Quality Assurance, preferably in Space projects. Strong knowledge of ECSS standards and high-reliability systems. A pragmatic approach to solving complex problems. Ability to thrive in a multicultural, multidisciplinary environment. Excellent communication skills in English. A proactive mindset, you don’t wait to be told what needs doing! Bonus: Experience managing subcontractors. Background working with opto-mechanical systems for space applications. Work on breakthrough technologies shaping the future of Space and Defense.
