We are looking for a HR ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST to join the HR department. Main responsibilities: Support with hiring documents, employment proposals, and contracts; Organize and manage the onboarding process for new employees; Collect data for monthly variations to be inserted in payslips; Maintain and support relationships with local and foreign payroll vendors and other third parties to ensure smooth monthly processes; Assist employees with administrative and payroll issues; Manage the Company Welfare Portal and Ticket Restaurant system, including onboarding new employees, removing leavers, and generating reports; Prepare reports for the Finance department and internal HR reports, including costs and People Analytics to support decision-making. Requisiti Requirements: Master’s degree in business, law, or labor consulting; At least 2-3 years of experience in HR administration within structured companies; Customer-oriented, result-driven, cooperative, organized, with attention to detail and accuracy; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; Confidentiality, results orientation, proactivity, excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, spirit of innovation, problem-solving skills, and reliability.
