What will you be doing? Assess current status of Dealers involved; Generate a dedicated Action Plan; Dealer improvement actions priority definition, taking into account size and ease of opportunity and Dealer capabilities; Present report and action plan to Dealer senior management, gaining acceptance and buy-in of their responsibilities within; Present action plan and responsibilities to Dealer staff, gaining buy-in at all levels; Carry out in depth business review of all associated activities, providing root cause analysis; Identify and support marketing and campaigns to maximize opportunities within the independent repairers. Who are you? Degree in economics, engineering, business administration or equivalent areas; 1-3 years of experience in Automotive industry in after sales projects; Good knowledge of MS Office; Previous experience in Parts Sales Project; High adaptability to changing priorities; Consulting and analytic approach; Team working ability; Proactive approach; Languages: Fluent Italian and English are mandatory Working pattern? 90% Field based job troughout Italy Monday to Friday What we offer We offer professional growth first.
