For more information, visit www.infovista.com The Role & Team: Infovista is seeking a sales-driven individual with excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. The role involves developing sales within the region for the Global Network Product Line, maintaining existing client relationships, and acquiring new business. The ideal candidate should have a proactive approach to acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts, leveraging their background in service assurance, network testing, and telecom technologies to establish credibility and influence within customer organizations. This role requires navigating complex sales cycles, engaging with technical and business decision-makers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful deployments. The candidate should be adept at securing business in competitive situations and working towards sales targets. Infovista offers a dynamic, results-oriented environment that rewards initiative and achievement. Profile: Sales Skills: Strong results orientation and target-driven mindset. Experience selling Service Assurance, Network Testing, or OSS solutions. Proven success closing deals above €1m. Ability to develop strategic plans for territory and key accounts. Industry experience and relationships with senior management and C-level executives. Excellent communication and influence skills across all organizational levels. Capacity to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences. Understanding of how technical sales impact business cases and ability to coordinate internal resources. Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge in Service Assurance, network testing, and OSS solutions. Understanding of the CSP market and key decision-makers. Personal Skills: Strategic thinking, process orientation, and ability to plan for complex deals. Analytical skills, business acumen, and vision. Charisma and ability to inspire others. Assertiveness and ability to defend company standards. Prioritization and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organization and project management skills. Experience: 7 years in building and managing customer/vendor relationships, including senior executives. Track record in selling OSS solutions and closing large deals. Existing relationships with CSP leaders such as Telefónica, Vodafone, Orange, etc. Willingness to travel up to 50%. Why Infovista?
