The Activities The candidate will be part of the ASP division product engineering team based in Agrate Brianza (MB), focusing on developing high-volume mixed signal devices, from early conceptual stages to mass production. The main responsibilities include: Reviewing and defining the best DFT (Design for Testability) and DFM (Design for Manufacturability) strategies with the design team to meet test coverage and test time targets. Designing, developing, debugging, and validating ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) hardware interfaces and test programs for new devices, implementing the defined test coverage levels. Debugging, validating, and characterizing new products with ATE, analyzing and reporting test results to assess device maturity against targets. Optimizing ATE test programs. Transferring ATE test solutions to mass production test sites and training production engineering teams. Addressing manufacturing cost reduction through continuous improvement actions based on production ATE data analysis. The product engineer collaborates closely with various ST teams (design, reliability, quality, failure analysis, test, process, and program management) and ST customers.
