The Opportunity We are looking for a Risk Security Specialist to ensure appropriate risk mitigation and control processes for security issues, define and maintain policies and documentation for the company's security program. Your primary role will involve working with the 1st Line CyberSecurity team to address organizational risks, conduct regular risk assessments, and report on the effectiveness of security controls to management. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Monitor and contribute to the development of security governance and internal control systems, relevant tools, and processes. Manage Security Governance, including integration, cyber risk mitigation approaches, and risk assessments. Monitor compliance with local and industry-specific regulations (PCI DSS, ISO27001, DORA, etc.) and implement required measures. Conduct periodic audits of internal security controls to validate effectiveness, identify risks, and promote continuous improvement. Collaborate on internal and external audits. Provide guidance to the 1st line security organization. Monitor and govern the security maturity level of key suppliers. Support the Information Security activities within the Group Security organization for your scope. Oversee activities of the 1st Line Security to ensure adherence to security guidance. Manage Security Internal Controls, including scope, techniques, and control types. Define KPIs, prepare reports for the Board and Internal Committees. Establish and manage the Security Governance Framework, including data classification, access control, policy formulation, incident response, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Assess, identify gaps, and manage actions regarding regulatory laws such as DORA and EBA guidelines. Who Are We Looking For We seek big thinkers who can drive positive change, demonstrate passion, and show a can-do attitude with a hunger to learn and grow. Specifically, we look for: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT Security, Engineering, Management Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum of 6 years experience in information security, security risk management, cybersecurity, or security governance. Proven knowledge of relevant security frameworks (ISO27001, PCI, etc.). Knowledge of the payment industry is a plus. Security certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP) are highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and presentation skills in English (minimum B2.2). Results-driven and persistent. Multicultural mindset and flexibility to work in an international environment. Deep knowledge of security sector regulations, especially regarding DORA and EBA guidelines. J-18808-Ljbffr
