Using AI, we help detect pathologies in oncology, rheumatology, and neurology. Our focus is on tissue profiling across various body parts and imaging modalities, developing novel quantitative imaging biomarkers to analyze disease mechanisms, advance drug discovery, and monitor treatment progress. Leveraging the power of quantified imaging data and AI, we aim to make precision medicine a reality. The Business Development Manager in Italy will participate in our regional commercial operations, attending medical conferences, growing client relationships with hospitals by generating new leads, managing key accounts, and contributing to the company's go-to-market strategy. Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, you’ll be part of the global sales team. The role involves cross-team collaboration with Customer Success, Legal, Product, Finance, and Marketing departments. Responsibilities include: Outbound lead generation via events, emailing, and social networks using digital tools. Serving as the first point of contact for new potential clients. Collaborating with the Business Development Director to expand the Italian market. Executing business development and sales strategies for revenue growth and market share expansion in Italy. Following up on opportunities throughout the sales cycle up to closing. Providing feedback to improve commercial processes and contributing to team success. Engaging in business development activities with senior physicians at top hospitals and imaging centers in Italy. Attending medical conferences and conducting outreach to radiologists and clinicians. You will be our ideal candidate if you have: At least 5 years of experience in business development within the AI medical imaging industry. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to run effective sales and business meetings and deliver professional pitches. Advanced proficiency in English. Experience working in an international environment. Availability to attend conferences and meetings in Italy regularly. Integrity and passion for precision medicine, innovative research, and AI.
