What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and implement a content strategy tailored for the Italian market, aligned with our overall marketing objectives. Create compelling financial and marketing content, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, and website copy, to drive engagement and educate users. Translate and adapt existing content from other language editions, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy for the Italian audience. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated strategies that support business goals. Establish and manage external editorial collaborations to promote the Italian edition. Analyze content performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor Italian financial market trends and competitor activities to find opportunities for differentiation and innovation. Stay updated on best practices in digital marketing and financial services. Deepen understanding of our financial products and services, translating complex concepts into clear, accessible language. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in content creation, especially within the financial sector or with a strong financial writing portfolio. Excellent writing and editing skills in Italian, with a strong journalistic background. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and content marketing principles. Ability to create, edit, and share content (including videos) on social media. Financial knowledge and a genuine interest in financial markets. Excellent communication skills in Italian (native preferred) and proficient English. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects. Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills. Professional appearance and good communication skills. Desire for professional growth. Advantages: On-camera presence and comfort with public speaking.
