Responsibilities We seek a results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at a leading Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) manufacturer. The role involves driving sales growth through opportunity identification, customer relationship management, and delivering tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, pursue new business opportunities, and meet sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships, understand client needs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Technical and Market Expertise: Stay updated on BESS technology and market trends, collaborate with technical teams, and deliver product presentations. Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams. Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams; provide market feedback. Reporting and Analysis: Track performance metrics, analyze market data, and maintain CRM data. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Renewable Energy, or related field. 3–5 years of sales experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems sectors. Strong understanding of BESS technology. Proven sales cycle management and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office. Skills Knowledge of grid-scale and behind-the-meter energy storage applications. Experience with renewable energy project financing or sales. Familiarity with energy policies and regulations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to build trust with customers and partners. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
