About Clinica Dardano Founded in 2022 by a multidisciplinary team with extensive experience in Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Clinica Dardano offers private healthcare services as a Medical and Surgical Outpatient Clinic. We are seeking a strategic Nursing Coordinator: capable of leading, organizing, and motivating a team. The ideal candidate will possess skills, vision, and a desire for personal and professional development. Who We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Nursing Sciences Registration with the Nursing Register Master's in healthcare management for professional coordination Experience in hospital, outpatient, or territorial healthcare settings Good knowledge of the private health market Strong IT and digital skills (PC, email, healthcare management software, Office suite, Windows) Excellent communication skills with patients and caregivers Passion for effective communication and organizational well-being Organizational leadership and problem-solving attitude Additional Qualifications Experience in nursing coordination and human resource management in critical areas Experience in surgical settings and operating room management Training in communication, problem-solving, prevention, and self-care education Experience in designing, launching, and optimizing new health services in public and private sectors Coordination and planning of nursing and outpatient activities Management and training of nursing staff and healthcare assistants Direct collaboration with management, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams Supervision of clinical and organizational quality and compliance with procedures Development and implementation of protocols and procedures Involvement in the growth and evolution of healthcare services Promotion of a culture of functional and conscious communication Operational management of materials, devices, shifts, safety, and medical records Position Details Initial contract: 12 months fixed-term, second-level CCNL for Professional Studies Full-time (40 hours/week), in-person Potential for indefinite contract after 12 months Opportunities for growth within a cutting-edge, dynamic organization Training in strategic communication and problem-solving in healthcare - “Strategic Healthcare Professions” A motivated, positive team committed to change and genuine care The chance to actively participate in a forward-looking project Partnership via P.IVA considered with potential for employment We build health starting from relationships.
