Job Opportunity in Ferrara, Italy We are seeking a talented AI Solutions Developer for a leading Italian company in IT & Infrastructure Services, serving Consumer, Enterprise, and Business clients. Position Overview: Within the company's AI department, you will design, develop, and deploy architecture solutions based on Machine Learning for Artificial Intelligence. You will report to the AI Department Manager and work within a team environment. The solutions will target internal company processes as well as products and services for the market. Main Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain AI services, working on infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, analysis pipelines, and backend services/applications; Develop AI solutions based on open-source technologies and integrate them into production environments; Conduct in-depth analysis to integrate AI services and proprietary models from third parties; Support other company departments in integrating AI services into their processes and environments. Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields; Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining AI and machine learning services, preferably with Generative AI components and Large Language Models (on-premise or as-a-service); Experience in DevOps / MLOps (e.g., Kubeflow or MLflow); Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases; Deep knowledge of open-source tools and frameworks for machine learning and AI, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, llamaindex, Ollama; Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes; Familiarity with major cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); Good command of English, both written and spoken.
