Job Purpose The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across regions to drive profitable growth and increase penetration in Sales and Demand Creation, resulting in market share gain globally. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential to position Future’s value proposition and demonstrate the company's full capabilities. Role Responsibilities: Develop global strategy and implement site tactics in conjunction with regional personnel to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin. Understand customer needs and challenges; formulate regional strategies; build relationships with senior management through visits. Present Future’s value-added solutions and initiatives to enhance service capabilities at customer sites. Set and monitor sales and margin budgets globally to increase market share at each location. Drive supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments. Provide excellent customer service regarding quotes, product availability, and delivery. Engage with Field Application Engineering to capitalize on sell opportunities. Candidate Requirements: Proven sales success within electronics distribution over the past five years; degree educated, preferably in technical or business field. Understanding of technical design processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and achieve results.
