Role Overview As a Solution Advisor (SA), you will be the primary expert for Finance solutions within the sales team. Your expertise will support the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to post-sale support, and help customers expand their SAP footprint to maximize organizational value. Key Responsibilities Provide deep solution-specific expertise to support sales and adoption. Conduct standard and customized solution demonstrations to showcase SAP’s value. Support account teams with solution presentations and events to identify opportunities and promote adoption. Evaluate account qualification criteria for further investment opportunities. Establish yourself as a thought leader and refine account strategies. Create themes and differentiation strategies with the team. Prepare for strategic deals with dry runs and customer engagements. Transition engagements effectively to implementation and services teams. Engage with customers to promote SAP solutions and renewals. Leverage digital assets such as demos and presentations throughout customer interactions. Required Qualifications Experience in large software/IT organizations, especially in solution-specific segments. Minimum 5 years in solution advisory or consulting roles, with at least 2 years focused on SAP Finance/oCFO solutions. Knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, SaaS, and PaaS models in B2B environments. Proven expertise across SAP solutions, lines of business, or industries. Ability to craft compelling storylines for customer interactions. Quick understanding of customer business goals and aligning solutions accordingly. High energy and passion in customer engagements. Team and Culture Work with teams like Customer Advocate, Digital Content Factory, Implementation Partners, and SAP Account Teams to deliver value and support throughout the customer journey.
