Role Overview Join a leading pharmaceutical company near Rome as a Quality Assurance GMP R&D Manager . This on-site role involves leading quality assurance initiatives to ensure GMP compliance in a dynamic environment. Key Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain a robust quality system aligned with GMP regulations. Analyze and process technical documents, ensuring compliance with standards. Create and revise master batch records for medicinal products, ensuring quality. Review batch records and document evaluations to uphold operational integrity. Role Requirements Successful candidates will have: A degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field. Extensive GMP Quality Assurance experience, especially with Oral Solids and APIs. Proven leadership and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English and Italian, with excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
