JOB PURPOSE The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions which will drive profitable growth whilst increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. Effective communication skills are essential to negotiate the company offering to customers, to position Future’s value add, quote on business, and demonstrate the company’s full capabilities. What the roles involve: Develop global strategy and implement site tactics in conjunction with branch personnel in each geographical region to drive top-line revenue and increase gross profit margin. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges, formulating regional and branch strategies to promote growth. Build relationships with customer’s Senior Management through regular visits. Present Future’s value proposition by providing customers with our Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives, e.g., Business Partner Programme, to enhance service capabilities at all customer sites. Work with branch and regional management to set, implement, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally by site, aiming to increase share and outperform industry and company projections. Drive key supplier initiatives outlined by marketing at each customer site to meet corporate commitments. Provide high-level customer service regarding quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities. Do you have: Proven sales success within the company or other electronic distribution businesses for the past five years. Educated to degree level, preferably with a technical or business background. Understanding of technical teams by achieving a designated number of designs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Highly organized, accurate, able to work under pressure, and attentive to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
