Costing Specialist

We're seeking a Costing Specialist to join our team. Role Overview: You will be responsible for defining and maintaining a competitive Cost/Pricing System for NGI products/services, analyzing customer requests for quotations, and ensuring compliance with company policies, legislation, and contractual terms. Location: Pomezia (RM). Job Responsibilities: Analyze customer RFQs with the Proposal Team and support in proposal development through industrial cost and margin analysis. Assist in negotiations by performing simulations and adjustments to cost/price analyses to optimize pricing strategies. Participate in RACS/Gate Reviews, prepare risk plans, and analyze program cash flow and profitability concerning prices, protections, and payment terms. Collaborate with various company functions to develop and update the NGI product cost model, ensuring cost-effectiveness by monitoring material and manufacturing costs. Work with Finance and Contracts teams to propose price revisions based on market analysis and support offer generation and order management processes. Coordinate with Finance to prepare for negotiations with Defense Administration regarding hourly rates, ensuring compliance with SEGREDIFESA methodology. Support congruity analyses and coordinate pricing meetings at IPT and management levels, facilitating approval processes. Manage information securely according to company policies. Job Requirements: Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate certifications (e.g., MBA, CIMA) are advantageous. Minimum 4 years' experience in management control or pricing roles within manufacturing, preferably in regulated sectors like defense, aerospace, or high-tech. Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of products/services. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Ability to build cross-functional relationships and work effectively in teams. J-18808-Ljbffr
