Job description: We are seeking a Junior System Test Engineer to support Verification and Validation of avionics and industrial products. Responsibilities include developing and deploying system-level test procedures, executing test campaigns, documenting results, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to improve product quality and reliability. Responsibilities: Participate in project kick-offs and requirements reviews. Develop and implement automated test solutions for hardware prototypes and qualification campaigns. Conduct test campaigns, develop test procedures, analyze results, and document findings. Identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions to enhance reliability. Collaborate with design engineers to provide feedback and improve product design and infrastructure. Qualifications and skills: At least 1 year of technical engineering experience. Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, electrical, computer engineering, or related fields. Familiarity with electronic laboratory instruments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and proactive attitude. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability. Knowledge of English for technical documentation and communication. Preferred: Experience with test equipment, MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, and basic root cause analysis.
