Summary of Role Analyze customer’s request for quotation and project’s specifications. Prepare technical proposals and cost calculations for solutions. Support the sales team during alignment and negotiation processes. Principal Job Responsibilities The job holder should: Receive customer RFQ from the sales department. Perform site surveys, gather information at the site, and identify customer needs for specific projects. Work closely with sales, marketing, project execution, and technical teams to provide complete and competitive technical solutions. Estimate costs of materials, cabling, engineering, and site activities for a given RFQ. Provide breakdowns of materials, equipment, and supplies needed to complete the project. Maintain contact with suppliers and subcontractors in coordination with the supply chain team. Prepare detailed documentation to support project bids. Participate in customer meetings for solution presentations and technical clarifications. Required Qualifications and Experience Education and Qualifications Electrical Engineering University Degree or High School Degree. Experience 2-3 years in hardware or software design. 3 years of experience in proposal activities is preferred. Technical background in drives, motors, and automation. Good knowledge of site activities or site management is preferred but not essential. Experience in sales team management is preferred but not essential.
