HR Planning & Organization Manager

To strengthen the HR team based in Milan, Bouygues E&S Italia S.p.A. is seeking a Human Resources Manager . The role focuses on managing human resources within the organization. Responsibilities include resource planning, process optimization, organizational design, monitoring and evaluating performance systems at the corporate level, supervising the development and implementation of employee skills, analyzing personnel data with KPI monitoring, participating in succession planning and development, and updating HR departmental procedures. Requirements include a university degree, solid experience in similar roles within multinational environments, strong analytical skills, good knowledge of HR data analysis tools, legal and fiscal regulations, and proficiency in English.
